Street-pop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has turned his controversial celebrity boxing rematch fallout with Nollywood actor Charles Okocha into a swift diss track, days after suffering disqualification in their bout in Lagos, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

The Okocha bout, tagged “Unfinished Business,” headlined the Chaos in the Ring event at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, and was billed as a rematch of the pair’s controversial first encounter, which Okocha had insisted was not fairly judged in Portable’s favour.

Portable appeared to have the upper hand when the contest descended into a wrestling-like scuffle that the referee could not break up, prompting security to intervene.

Amid the confusion, Portable left the ring before the bout could be properly ruled on, drawing boos from fans, and was eventually brought back and disqualified.

In the new song, Portable takes aim at the officiating and the chaotic finish, with one line mocking the referee for turning away during the scuffle, another threatening to settle scores through local wrestling if provoked again, and a further line accusing Okocha of trying to choke him, which he says forced the fight into a street brawl.

The defeat marked a second reversal in the ring for the singer, having previously lost to Carter Efe by unanimous decision on May 1, at the same venue, in a bout televised on DAZN.
