Controversial musician Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, sparked a major scene on Wednesday night at his Odogwu Bar in Sango, Ogun State, after demanding the arrest of content creators Carter Efe and Hamzat Kolu Wahala following a heated dispute.
The incident unfolded when Carter Efe, Kolu, and their team visited the bar without what Portable deemed proper prior notice, which quickly escalated tensions.
In a video shared on Instagram, Portable confronted the duo and their crew, questioning the purpose of their visit and insisting they had failed to inform him beforehand.
Kolu attempted to clarify that he had made a phone call, but Portable dismissed this, claiming Carter Efe never reached out. The singer and his associates then blocked the visitors inside a car at the bar, refusing to let them leave.
The footage shows Portable visibly angry, shouting threats and warning that Carter Efe and his team would regret coming to his establishment.
“Things won’t end well for you. Ogun will deal with you,” he shouted, adding that they could only leave if they paid ₦10 million.
Carter Efe tried to defuse the situation with humor, but Portable reportedly struck him and stressed he was serious. He also accused the content creator of poaching two of his associates, including Kolu, to work on his projects.
Portable further claimed that soldiers accompanied Carter Efe and discharged firearms at the bar, prompting him to alert the police.
When authorities arrived, Portable reiterated that the visitors came without an invitation, brought armed soldiers who fired three shots, and questioned their intentions particularly with an upcoming boxing match between him and the Machala crooner.
