Any attack on an Igbo is an attack on Nigerians - Sunday Igboho warns Buhari

Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has warned President Buhari against attacking Igbos in the country.

The yoruba nation activist said this in reaction to the president's tweet threatening to shock Nigerians who plan to destroy his government.

The president in his tweet said, “individuals or groups who want to destroy his government will be treated in a language they will not understand”.

After several complains to the social media giant, Twitter on Wednesday Twitter deleted the comment, justifying it reasons as having violated its rules.

Igboho who took to his Twitter page to condemn the president's tweet noted that, “any attack on an Igbo is an attack on Nigerians.

I feel bad when I see poor helpless people being slain in the southeast. They are also my brothers and sisters.

“We are all human. I am a Yoruba man, any attack on an Igbo is an attack on Nigerians.

“No Nigerian is more Nigerian than any Nigerian,” he wrote.
