Sad reactions trail Ndidi's latest injury at Super Eagles camp

Super Eagles fans have been saddened by the news of Wilfred Ndidi's latest injury at the Super Eagles camp in Constantine, Algeria.

The Nigeria Football Federation in the early hours of Thursday, September 22 announced via its official Twitter handle that the 26-year-old has sustained an injury and will miss Nigeria's friendly against Algeria next week.

The report added that the Leicester City defensive midfielder has returned to England for further examination.

Gutted by the latest development, some die-hard Super Eagles followers took to social media to express their disappointment.

Frustrated by the news, @Black_Messiah1 wrote, “Every damn time! He's never fit these days.

Ndidi is yet to feature for the Super Eagles under new coach Jose Peseiro.

The former Genk midfielder also missed the Super Eagles World Cup playoff doubleheader against Ghana in March.
