P-Square's Peter Okoye has escalated his public war with elder brother Jude Okoye, making explosive allegations that include claims that Jude threatened to shoot his wife Lola at gunpoint in front of him and called his son a bastard.

Peter made the allegations in a video shared on social media, responding to a post by Jude in which he offered ₦1 million to anyone who could produce footage of him insulting Lola Okoye.

The entertainer was particularly incensed by what he described as Jude's pattern of using his twin brother Paul as a decoy to deflect blame, insisting that Paul had never been involved in any altercation with his wife.

"Jude, you know you use Paul as a decoy. You try to manipulate Paul to say some things online so that at the end of the day, you're setting up Paul for dragging. There had never been a time Paul had ever had maybe a physical altercation, argument, or insult on Lola. But on Jude's side, it's the opposite way," he said.

Peter then made some allegations of the video, recounting incidents he said took place in front of witnesses.

"Jude has threatened Lola in front of Lola and me. Jude has insulted Lola in front of me. In front of people, you have threatened to shoot Lola. You even called my son a bastard," he said.

The singer also revealed that the tensions within the family had at one point become so severe that former Cross River State Governor Senator Liyel Imoke had to host a peace meeting between the brothers.

According to Peter, after listening to Paul and Jude present their sides of the story, Governor Imoke turned to Peter and told him he would not be given a turn to speak, before reportedly pointing to Jude as the source of the family's problems.

"He said, 'Peter, you're not going to say anything.' I asked, 'Why? They've all said their own side of the story.' He said, 'Peter, Paul, if I were you guys, your problem is this Jude. If I were you guys, I would fire him,'" Peter recounted.
