Nigerian nightlife figure and businessman Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chiefpriest, has formally announced his entry into politics.
In a video shared online, the celebrity barman revealed his intention to contest for a seat in the House of Representatives, aiming to represent the Orsu, Orlu, and Oru East Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to him, his motivation goes beyond financial interests, stressing that his goal is to make a positive impact in his constituency rather than benefit personally. He stated that he plans to invest his own resources into improving the lives of the people.
Known for his lavish lifestyle and strong presence in Nigeria’s entertainment and hospitality scene, Cubana Chiefpriest joins a rising number of entertainers and entrepreneurs exploring political roles.
His declaration comes shortly after aligning himself with the City Boys Movement, a move that has further sparked discussions about his political direction and future ambitions.
