'Secure your future' - Miss Universe Nigeria causes stir as she sets to marry 57-year-old billionaire fiance

Miss Universe Nigeria 2023 Ugochi Mitchel Ihezue got tongues wagging after a pre-wedding photoshoot of herself and her 57-year-old businessman fiance emerged on social media.

On Friday, December 1 the former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2017 announced her engagement via an Instagram post.

Captioning it, she wrote: “It's a new month. A new season. A new beginning, A new page has turned. It's time to write a new chapter. It's a new dawn

Many people have responded in a variety of ways when they discovered that Mitchel, who is 26, will be marrying a man who is 31 years older than her.

Many praised her for deciding to settle down, however, others criticized her for wanting to marry the billionaire for his wealth.
