The relationship between Abia Governor Alex Otti, Davido revealed

Popular afrobeats singer, Davido has revealed that he has known Alex Otti, the governor of Abia State "All my life".

The singer made this known in response to a tweep who asked how much he charged for performing at the inauguration ceremony of the governor.

“Not a dime I’ve known Excellency all my life … and I’m sure he will do well for the people of Abia state”, he tweeted.

Davido further disclosed that he performed for free.

The relationship between the duo has since been debated on social media with a tweep suggesting that Davido is the godson of Alex Otti.

The tweep made the comment when he shared videos of Davido's performance on the micro-blogging platform, Twitter.

“Many don’t know but Davido is Dr. Alex Otti’s godson and he’s in Umuahia at the inauguration after-party where he’s giving a full performance.

It’s a full-blown show in Umuahia”, he tweeted.
