Social media influencer and PDP spokesperson Reno Omokri has stated that the Nigerian government should ban the importation and selling of human hairs.

HThe PDP spokesperson made this statement on Monday, May 1,in a post he shared on his Instagram page.

Reno claims that the importing of human hair causes significant foreign exchange losses for the nation.

He further stated that bleaching cream ought to be prohibited as well.

Many social media users had varying opinions about his post, with some claiming there was no connection between the country's economic crisis and the importation of human hairs.
