‘My husband and I got engaged four days after we met’ – Actress Chita Agwu defends DJ Cuppy

Nollywood actress Chita Agwu has made a startling revelation concerning the engagement of Nigerian female disc jockey DJ Cuppy to British professional boxer Ryan Taylor, amid ongoing reactions to the news.

On Monday night, Cuppy revealed on her social media accounts that she had only met her boyfriend 25 days earlier.

Cuppy referred to Ryan as the love of her life and stated that sometimes one falls in love with the most unlikely person at the most unlikely time.

While many have characterized Cuppy's actions as signs of her desperate attempts to find love, Chita Agwu, responding to the post, said such a thing is possible to happen.

Chita revealed that she and her spouse got engaged four days after meeting.

She wrote: “Is possible shaaaa cos I met my husband in 4 days and we got engaged.”
