Nigerian actor Yul Edochie has once again made headlines by publicly showing support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his social media page while Nigerians hit the streets to protest against hardship.
Despite previously endorsing Labour Party’s Peter Obi in the run-up to the election, Yul has since shifted his support to Tinubu after his victory.
In his latest post, Yul shared a photo on Instagram of him wearing an outfit featuring Tinubu’s face. He expressed his unwavering belief in the president’s ability to fix the country.
Yul captioned the photo: “100% belief in Jagaban. @officialasiwajubat No leave no transfer. Jagaban will fix it for sure.”
Nigerians have embarked on a nationwide protest to express their grievances about hunger, high cost of living, bad governance among other major issues affecting the citizens.
This show of support has sparked mixed reactions among Nigerians, with some praising Yul's loyalty and others expressing disappointment.
