'You reap what you sow' – Yeni Kuti knocks actress Foluke Daramola

Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola-Salako has come under fire from media personality Yeni Kuti for her remarks about young Nigerians' disrespect for elders on social media.

The trend of young people attacking older people on social media when they disagree with them on an issue was termed by Foluke as "pandemic" during an Instagram live session on Tuesday, March 28.

She questioned the state of Nigeria's value system, as Nigerians are generally recognized for being polite and respectful.

In response to Foluke's video, Yeni Kuti recounted how Daramola insulted her years ago while they were working together on a project on Wednesday's episode of TVC's Your View.

Despite their age difference, she said it's extremely strange that Foluke, who treated her disrespectfully years ago, is now requesting respect from Nigerian millennials.

She asserted that karma levels the playing field and that one reaps what one sows.

Yeni added that Foluke might have forgotten the incident, but she hasn't because she was the one who received the contempt.
