The arrival of Mercy Chinwo's first child with her husband, Pastor Blessed, has not prevented the gospel singer and her family from celebrating the great blessing.

In a recent video, the gospel singer talked about her stay at the hospital and included a picture of the food she was given after giving birth.

Mercy Chinwo said that that was her first meal since giving birth as she held up a plate with pizza and carrots.

However, she acknowledged that she was a fan of Nigerian cuisine, claiming that the best dish was hot pepper soup with garry.

She wrote: “1st meal after childbirth Na hot peppersoup sure pass o, I don’t play with my naija food o no matter the condition."
