What passage of the Bible says, forgive and forget? – Timi Dakolo queries

Sensation singer, Timi Dakolo has queried the brain behind the usual saying, ‘forgive and forget’.

He questioned what passage of the Bible instructed people to forgive and forget.

Dakolo in a post on his Instagram page asked his followers to point to him a Bible passage that requires christians to ‘forgive and forget’ those who offend.

The singer who is obviously not in agreement with the common saying of ‘forgive and forget’, stated that he is yet to find it in the Bible.

He wrote: “Please can someone point me in the direction of the passage of the Bible that says, forgive and forget.

"I can’t seem to find it”.
