'We are not joking here' - Sanwo-Olu fires back at journalist who asked for justice for Mohbad

Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has slammed a journalist who demanded that he uses his high office as governor of the state to fight for justice for late singer, Mohbad.

Remember that Mohbad, died under mysterious circumstances. Shortly after his death, videos and reports emerged that he was bullied in the music industry.

Thousands of Nigerians went online to air their frustrations at the untimely death of the young artiste.

Reacting to the journalist's question, Sanwo-Olu stated that security is not about emotion, and that the least the journalist could do was to appreciate his work as a governor, as he does a lot behind the scenes.

Sanwo-Olu angrily replied: "Security is not about emotion. Its serious business. There is no emotion.

"I'm standing in front of you, it's not emotional, it's real. I don't sleep until 5am. Three days ago, there was a crash in a vehicle, we are not joking, here. We will do the job and do it well.

"There are people in detention as we speak. Just give us a little credit. We are also human beings. We get to do this job with everything that we have."
