'He needs to give his life to Christ' - Outrage as Pastor Bolaji invites Spyro to perform at his church

Harvesters International Christian Centre's main pastor, Pastor Bolaji Idowu, has drawn criticism for inviting well-known Afrobeat musician Spyro to performn at the church's Christmas carol service.

According to the flyer, in addition to Spyro, other well-known people attending this year's Carol include Daniel Effiong, Bisola Ayeola, Dorathy Bachor, Sharon Ooja, Uzor Arukwe, Adeh Gbolahan, and Kenneth Ophopho.

The pastor made the announcement with the caption, “Can’t wait for this!” It’s today, and it begins in less than an hour.”

Since then, internet users have made fun of Pastor Bolaji Idowu for trying to blend Christianity with pagan customs.

Recall that a few weeks ago, a Celestial Church extended an invitation to the contentious street rapper Portable and Fuji singer Pasuma to attend their worship night.
