Social media critic Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has sparked discussion with the revelation of an incident that almost derailed his life in 2024.

Taking to his Instagram page, the social media critic shared that his life was nearly ruined in 2024 due to his habit of masturbating.

He admitted that he missed out on several business opportunities because of this habit, and as the new year approached, he hoped to break free from it in order to achieve his goals for 2025.

VeryDarkMan explained that after masturbating, he often felt tired and lacked the motivation to pursue anything else, leading him to miss out on important opportunities. He highlighted the negative side effects of masturbation and encouraged young men to avoid it.
