Social media is buzzing with excitement over popular Nigerian comedian AY Makun's birthday post for his 17-year-old son.

The comedian posted a birthday message attached with a picture of a dashing adolescent named Denzel on his official Instagram page on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

After showering the celebrant with prayers, the comedian said he would see him shortly.

He wrote: “My son is 17. May each day be a step closer to your dreams, filled with the warmth of love and the thrill of new adventures. Happy birthday, Denzel. Daddy loves you. See you soon.”

Many Nigerians expressed confusion in the comment section as AY celebrates his son.

Some questioned how the comedian, who is married to Mabel Makun with two daughters, suddenly has a 17-year-old son.

AY Makun tied the knot with his wife, Mabel Makun in November 2008. The couple have 2 daughters, Michelle 16, and Ayomide who is 2 years old.

In 2022, Mabel recounted how she had three miscarriages and finally gave birth to their second daughter 13 years after having their first child, Michelle.

Mabel disclosed on her Instagram page that she experienced three miscarriages before giving birth to her second child.

She continued by saying that there were no medical explanations for that.
