Nigerian reality TV star Phyna has had her Twitch account temporarily suspended after the platform cited a violation of its Community Guidelines related to sexual content.

According to reports, the suspension took effect on March 1, 2026, and includes a 24-hour ban from livestreaming and restricted access to certain streaming features.

Twitch reportedly informed her that the violation would remain on her record until May 30, 2026.

She has the option to appeal the decision or file a counter-notification under the platform’s DMCA process if she believes the action was taken in error.

The suspension followed a livestream session she had scheduled with another influencer, which was labeled 18+. The age restriction and the nature of the content are believed to have prompted the guideline strike.

Phyna gained national fame after winning Big Brother Naija Season 7 (Level Up) in October 2022, securing a grand prize valued at about ₦100 million. Since then, she has built a career as a content creator, fashion entrepreneur, actress, and streamer.
