Before the Saturday, March 18, gubernatorial elections, a number of Nollywood veterans, up-and-coming performers, and actresses have made public statements endorsing the incumbent Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The governor is running for re-election on the platform of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC).
Recently, there have been suggestions that Sanwo-Olu is fervently seeking re-election, and this may be what has been driving him lately in the state.
