'Some top political underdogs are on his side' - Tonto Dikeh raises concern on Naira Marley’s arrest

Nollywood actress cum politician Tonto Dikeh has expressed hope that justice will be served for the late musician Mohbad after the arrest of his former record label CEO, Naira Marley.

On Tuesday night, Naira Marley tweeted that he was traveling to Lagos to assist with the ongoing inquiry into Mohbad's passing.

He stated that he will be meeting with the police to offer assistance with the investigation.

The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed that the artistehas been held for questioning and other investigation-related activities.

Tonto Dikeh remarked that Naira Marley's degree of confidence appeared to be consistent with having powerful political underdogs on his side.

She warned the underdogs in a letter shared on her social media page that the public would find out their names if they didn't stop helping Naira Marley.

She wrote: “Naira Marley’s confidence looks to me like he has some top political underdogs by his side. Now one of 2 things, You all better drop him and let us have the justice we deserve or we will start fishing your names out. Right now we don’t care about y’all, we want.

“A wanted Criminal in an ongoing bu&ly and possibly alleged murd@r investigation is here to ASSIST THE POLICE IN FIGURING OUT HIS CRIME… I HAVE FAITH IN MY COUNTRY, we will get our justice”.
