Actress and content creator Temi Otedola has opened up about the powerful influence her older sister, Florence Otedola (popularly known as DJ Cuppy), has had on her personal and professional growth.

Speaking during a resurfaced interview on Beat FM, the star reflected on her own career, noting how her early days as a fashion blogger unexpectedly paved the way for her entry into Nollywood.

She encouraged young creatives to stay persistent, emphasizing that no effort in the hustle goes to waste.

"If I didn't blog, it wouldn't have led to acting maybe. So you just never know what that grind is going to turn into. You just have to keep on going for it," she said.

Temi went on to express deep admiration for Cuppy, who earned a master's degree from the University of Oxford, praising her sister's relentless drive and intellectual pursuits for continually motivating her to push her own boundaries.

"My sister has set a very high standard. I mean, she's doing her masters in Oxford. I'm not going to do it in Oxford... I'm not going right now! But it's great having someone who keeps on setting the bar. It's sort of inspiring me to be a better person,” she added.
