Popular Nigerian skit maker Mohammed Gilmore, well known as Gilmore, has urged the Nigerian government to "get to work" after being amazed by Ghana's 24-hour power supply.

In a video making the rounds on social media, the skit maker was seen in Ghana at night, expressing surprise at the country's constant power supply.

Unlike Nigeria, he noted that Ghanaians do not rely on the popular "Nigerian generator" to keep their homes and businesses running.

In the same vein, she shared that when flying over Nigeria, large areas are often covered in complete darkness, with only small patches of light visible.

The skit maker called on the Nigerian government to improve the country's power sector and make Nigeria a better place for its citizens, stressing that even villagers in Ghana enjoy steady electricity.

"Make una dey see Ghana oo. Ghana wey dey near us oo. Can you see light? No be say one place on, one place off. Dem no dey even dey sell Gen for Ghana. If you sell Gen for Ghana you go no even sell anything.

"See Ghana as everywhere get light like Galaxy. Nigeria, half light, half Gen, half darkness," he said

@Leespills___"Our politicians are not even ashamed. Nobody wants to make a difference; everyone is just after “let me take my own and go.” They will say the country was already spoiled before."
