Many people will do anything to achieve their dream of owning a home or mansion. And getting the chance to do so is something that many people strive towards for a significant portion of their lives.

The Nigerian music industry has seen many of its artistes dare and pull off this once-in-a-lifetime feat throughout the past few months of 2022.

Young Nigerian musicians like Kizz Daniel, Bella Shmurda, and Omah Lay celebrated becoming homeowners and shared this incredible achievement with their followers.

Below is a compiled list of Nigerian singers who have acquired themselves new homes in 2022.

1. Kizz Daniel

Ace hitmaker Kizz Daniel, went viral after posting on social media that he had just bought a seaside mansion for his wife and sons.

In a post, Kizz announced that he had purchased a stunning new villa and appreciated his hit song Buga for enabling him to provide for his family with such a grand house.

2. Asake

Asake, one of 2022's biggest breakout stars, also bought a house for himself and his family.

Shortly after purchasing a smart home on the island, the artist had said that he moved from sharing a bed to investing in real estate and couldn't be any less appreciative.

3. Omah Lay

The vocal king Omah Lay is another young Nigerian singer who recently bought himself a mansion.

The Afrobeat musician in a post which he shared and later deleted stated that it cost him a whopping N500m to buy the opulent new home near Lekki in Lagos.

4. Bella Shmurda

The Cash App singer Bella Shmurda has most recently joined the elite group of young musicians who now own houses in one of Lagos State's upscale neighborhoods.

Poco Lee, Bella's close friend, announced that the musician had just bought a new house by congratulating him in a post on his Instagram page.

5. Ruger

Fast-rising Ruger, a singer from Jonzing World, is the most recent of many Nigerian musicians to also acquire a house.

In a subtly worded statement on his Instagram account, the musician revealed that he recently bought a house. The news quickly went viral and many people praised him for the recent accomplishment.

6. Portable Zazu

The contentious vocalist Portable is another young musician who just bought a mansion.

The street music sensation, though, decided to buy a new house in a different way than his counterparts on this list.

Unlike his peers, Portable stayed true to his experience in the trenches and declined to purchase a home in the affluent areas of Lagos.
