Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has shed tears in a video over the continued detention of her brother, Samy, allegedly by her billionaire husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

In the video, the actress and mother of two lamented that her hopes of seeing her brother released keep getting dashed.

She ended the video by stating that she will go back, perhaps to her estranged husband, who wants her to go for rehab over drug abuse issues.

Regina Daniels said, "Guys, I tried, I feel like I'm going crazy, I'm losing my mind and it's not making any sense. I'm crying in front of everybody. But please, what I'm I even begging for? I don't know. Every time I wake up, I see one thing or another of my brother online. Today, I hear good news that he's about to be freed. Tomorrow, I hear another thing. Like, what's the problem? We have tried. I'll go back."

Meanwhile, one of her brothers, Sweezy, has shared a video on social media with a caption accusing Ned Nwoko of trying to remand Samy in Keffi Prison.

He wrote, “They’re trying to disorganise our Agenda. They’re trying to manipulate us! Sammy has not been granted bail. They are planning to move him to Keffi Prison. What sort of injustice is this?

"Ned is trying to remand my brother in Keffi Prison for speaking and fighting against domestic violence towards our blood sister @regina.daniels. @nigeriapoliceforce are the voices of the masses no longer important?

"He should be given a fair hearing. SOMEBODY HELP OOO NED WANTS TO KILL MY BROTHERRRR! #freesammywest he’s got a child and a family that depends on him, free my boy, free my brother. He no thief, he no kill, why treat him like a criminal? Like whyyyyyyy?

"A senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, please help me share this till it gets to the appropriate authorities! I WILL NOT REST TILL MY BROTHER IS FREEE!”
