Social media users across Nigeria have rallied in praise of billionaire industrialist Dr. Cosmas Maduka after a video showing him preaching on the streets of Lagos resurfaced online.

Maduka, the founder and President of Coscharis Group, one of West Africa’s prominent auto-conglomerates, was captured holding a microphone along a public road, taking the Christian gospel directly to passersby alongside an interpreter..

The footage, shared by popular social media handles, drew widespread commendation from commentators who highlighted the rare sight of an elite business tycoon engaging in street evangelism without demanding tithes or offerings.

"Being a billionaire is a temporary state, but eternity is forever," wrote one online user in reaction to the video.

Another commenter noted, "Wealth is a blessing, but using that influence to glorify God and win souls is an even greater testimony."

Online commentators further noted that Maduka's street preaching removes the common skepticism associated with religious ministry in Nigeria, pointing out that his immense personal fortune eliminates any suspicion of financial extortion or material greed.
