Popular pastor slaps ladies on Instagram for inappropriate comment on her romantic post to her husband

Laju Iren Laju Iren

The assistant pastor of Celebration Church International, Laju Iren has berated ladies for comments they made on a romantic post she made for her husband.

The journalist-turned-pastor was infuriated as ladies commented on her post without discretion. She later sent a word of caution to them.

Laju advised women to be discrete in certain comments they make, 'shop from the book of proverbs', respect other people's privacy and set boundaries for themselves.

She boasted of her confidence in her husband and how secure she is, urging ladies to keep mute over things they know don't mean anything to them because it gives many impressions about them.

She encouraged ladies to reassess themselves and shouldn't bring bad energies around her as she won't tolerate such.

Laju's post had many social media users sharing their views. Some agreed on what she said stating that many women of this generation lack setting boundaries and minding their businesses.

However, some people also criticized her for bringing something as 'personal and private' on the microblogging app since she could have avoided people's comments if she had sent her husband the message privately.

Read some comments here:

Ashibuoguh: "The real lack of discretion here is choosing to share what should be a private message on social media. If you had texted your husband privately to tell him you miss him, no one would have had the opportunity to comment on it. Keep personal/private communications out of SM."

chykehez: "Simple! Did you learn anything at all? You can lecture till tomorrow but did you get something from that? People will responded in line with your language! You called him “lover” which triggers the mischievous response . Anyway just be tough and love same Time"

belluccino: "You are right, ma. However, I would suggest Pastor do something about it. I know there are loads of Genzs in your church and pastor tries to be very friendly et all. It would be nice if he tries to also set some boundaries as well."

ayisesther: "That’s how one married man will be replying my greetings with “how are you my love “ like what’s that"

_nneeoma_: "I totally agree!!! Ndi “is you husband single?” Very odd behaviour"
