Nigerian influencer Sulaiman Adebayo better known as Pooja has caused a stir after he compared afrobeats singer Davido's wedding cost with that of Anant Ambani, an Indian billionaire's son.

The influencer questioned rhetorically, "How much is Davido's wedding?" after pointing out that the Indian wedding had an extraordinary budget of $600 million, which is equivalent to N900 billion.

Pooja inquired about the amount Davido spent on his wedding since Anant Ambani's is now public.

In his words: “The budget for the billionaire wedding in India was $600m.
That’s N900,000,000,000. How much is Davido’s wedding?”

Social media users expressed their displeasure at Pooja's remarks as they stated that it was irrelevant and inappropriate to compare the two individuals' wedding cost.
