'Nonsense and agbado' - Netizens slam Laycon for saying Nigerians pray for the country's downfall

Former Big Brother Naija 'Lockdown' edition winner Laycon has started a Twitter argument with a contentious comment.

The reality star tweeted that there might be those who were dissatisfied with the current government.

Laycon claimed that some individuals were excitedly anticipating the administration's failure and that some were even praying for it because their preferred candidate did not win.

Following Laycon's tweet, a lot of people expressed their annoyance and dissatisfaction.

Social media users were quick to attack Laycon and advise him to stay away from politics and concentrate on his own business.

Some claimed that his remarks were offensive, particularly to those who did not actively support or vote for Tinubu.

Critics questioned how people's desires could harm Nigeria if their prayers had no positive effect on the country.
