Popular Nollywood actor, Ray Amodi, has announced his decision to quit acting for music.

Ray made the disclosure in a now viral video on his Instagram page on Tuesday evening.

Announcing his departure from Nollywood, Ray who cited his health condition, explained that he has been battling with anxiety for over 10 years.

He also revealed that his decision to quit acting to pursue a full time music career comes with many consequences.

“I have stopped acting films. I quit to focus on my music career.

“This is a decision that has come with a lot of consequences”, he stated.
