Controversial singer, Portable, has described VeryDarkMan as a "friend" following the latter's recent arrest.

In a video shared on X, Portable indicated that he appreciates VeryDarkMan's generosity despite their public differences.

His appeal comes after VDM was allegedly arrested outside a GTBank branch shortly after visiting.

The reason for his arrest is still unknown, but many believe it is related to his bank visit.

Portable pleaded with the EFCC, saying: “Please, because of God. Please free VeryDarkMan, he is my friend. He gives people food, he helps a lot of people. I love people who help people.”
