Mohbad: Video of Primeboy at Lagos police hours after being declared wanted causes stir

A video of Nigerian artiste Owodunni Ibrahim, commonly known as Primeboy, at the command center of the Lagos State police has stirred reactions after it surfaced.

The main suspect in the death of the late musician Mohbad turned himself in after being made a wanted man on Wednesday, October 4 by the Lagos police command.

Recall that Primeboy refused to accept a police invitation in relation to the passing of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad. The police in effect issued a wanted warrant for his arrest and posted a N1 million reward on his head via the spokeman's X account.

Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesman for the Lagos State Police Command, claimed in a post on his X account on Thursday that the musician turned himself in after being made a wanted person.

According to Hundeyin, the singer was taken into custody right away for questioning and other appropriate procedures.

Primeboy and his attorney were seen in the Lagos State Police headquarters in a video that has surfaced.
