Nigerian artiste Rema, has stirred emotions online with his latest comment praising Burna Boy.

The young superstar took to his X (formerly Twitter) platform to express gratitude to Burna Boy for being the first artiste who gave him the opportunity to perform at the O2 Arena.

Rema's made the tweet a few minutes before kickstarting his first O2 Arena show.

According to Rema, Burna Boy is a huge motivation to him.

Rema wrote: "Before I get on stage, I want to say a big thank you to @burnaboy for bringing me on stage 2 years ago. Today, it’s my turn to conquer that same stage, and I wish you were here to share this moment with me. Regardless, I’m grateful for the motivation. With love, Rema."
