Controversial actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has disclosed that she has never dated a man who was more financially stable than she.

She made the comment in a recent podcast as she disclosed that she has “dated down” a few times but has resolved never to repeat the experience.

“I’ve never dated someone who has more money than I do. I’ve dated down three times, and I’m not doing that anymore,” she said, stressing that while she is not materialistic, she has learned to prioritize her own financial stability.

Recall she recently confirmed the split from her younger boyfriend, Xxssive, whom she began dating in 2021. Their public romance ended when they both unfollowed each other on social media.

She, however, said that there is no bad blood between them following the breakup, stressing that she is enjoying her singlehood.

Despite criticism over her preference for younger men, the actress said she has maintained that she is unbothered by public opinion.
