I don't have a side chick - RMD

Veteran Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo has denied the speculations he has cheated on his wife, Jumoke, or having a side chick.

This comes after rumors went rife a few months ago that he was involved in an extra-marital affair with a certain lady called, Chioma Ilomuanya.

The rumors said the lady, who is an interior decorator has been seeing the actor for a while.

However, in an interview with Nigerian journalist and media personality, Chude Jideonwo, RMD debunked the reports of him dumping his wife.

He said: “This is the age of social media. There are people who, look at you and don’t have any regard for the sanctity of your marriage or your home.

“All you want to do is just tear me down, saying things like oh he’s in love with somebody else, he’s going to leave his wife tomorrow.

“Why do people like to see celebrity marriages crash? I’ve never really seen myself as a celebrity and so my marriage is not a “celebrity marriage” and so she has kept it.”
