The sudden death of Wizkid’s mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, happened around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, August 17.

The singer and his mother shared a close and sincere relationship while she was still alive.

Wizkid has decided to maintain a low profile while grieving his loss and temporarily postponing all of his forthcoming engagements as a result of this.
