Pastor Bolaji offers prayers to Hilda Baci

The atmosphere at Muri Okunola Park, Lagos, was charged with excitement as Pastor Bolaji Idowu paid a special visit to celebrity chef Hilda Baci ahead of her Guinness World Record attempt to cook the largest pot of Nigerian jollof rice.

In a video shared on Hilda Baci's Instagram story, the lead pastor of Harvesters International Christian Centre (HICC), Pastor Bolaji Idowu, was spotted offering a warm hug as he prays for Hilda.

Also spotted at the venue was Nollywood actress Eniola Adeoluwa, who came out to throw his weight behind Hilda, his best friend.

He cheered enthusiastically and interacted with fans, further boosting the lively atmosphere at the park.

For the attempt, Hilda will cook 200 bags of rice weighing approximately 5,278 kilograms and 1,583 kilograms of tomato paste. The pot, designed specifically for the challenge, measures six meters wide, 1.1 meters tall, and 1.3 meters deep.

The event, titled World Jollof Festival with Hilda Baci, will run for 16 hours and will be streamed live on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
