Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia has faced harsh criticism following her condemnation of a young woman named Athena for her skimpy and revealing attire.

The actress shared a side-by-side image of Athena and singer Ayra Starr on her Instagram profile, a photo originally shared on X by an influencer.

Etinosa asserted that although she typically stays away from commentary videos to prevent offending anyone, she felt that this instance went too far.

The mother of one was disappointed in Athena's attire and vehemently disagreed, calling it inappropriate. She made it clear, though, that her viewpoint was polite and wasn't intended to embarrass the young woman.

She said, “I stopped doing commentary videos because I don’t like insults, but some things are too much. This sweetheart’s outfit is a NO….. How can a girl wear this kain thing? See the two slippers on her chest. You no kukuma wear top make you dey waka for street naked. Respectfully, pls. Love and light."

However, many social media users were offended by her comments and swiftly criticized her for what they saw as hypocrisy. Her previous scandals, such as the time she supposedly went nude during a livestream with MC Galaxy, were brought up by several detractors.
