Doris Ogala drags popular pastor to filth over alleged N25m debt

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has called out a pastor known as Chris over an alleged N25 million debt.

Sharing a photo of the clergyman on her Instagram page, the actress stated that she received N35 million from a client, but the pastor informed her that the client had given her N15 million, leaving her with N10 million.

Doris said that up to the point when she learned the client had made a full payment, she believed the client owed her money.

The actress said that the pastor began threatening and blackmailing her after she asked to see her balance.

She wrote: “This man stole my money. Someone gave him 35 million of my hard-earned money to give to me. He told me the person only paid 15 million, he gave me 10 million and held onto 5 million.

“With me still thinking the other person was still owing me.. not knowing he took all my money. Chris, I want my money complete.. now I’m asking him for my money. He started threatening and blackmailing me. Simply because he’s a self-acclaimed man of God. I should not speak. Me I’m the anointed of God. Touch me not.

"I want my money period… he said because he’s a pastor, no one will believe me. That people will turn against me. He started threatening me.. he even said some people are begging him that they want to drag me. All I want is my money. I worked for it.”

The public outcry by Doris Ogala that Pastor Chris owed her N25 million quickly went viral and caught the interest of several Nigerians.

Many of them had inquiries concerning the actress and man of God's transaction.

This is not the first time Doris has publicly called out someone. In November 2023, Doris Ogala raised the alarm over her colleague Uche Elendu's action against a widow who lost her husband.

The actress criticized Elendu in multiple postings on her Facebook page for suing the late Dr. Iyke Lawson Kanu's widow over her husband's assets.

Ogala claims that the deceased lawfully married his spouse in 2004 and the two of them are parents to five children.

In 2021, Doris also dragged Instagram dancer, Jane Mena to filth. This came after the professional twerker threw a direct shade at Doris’ colleague and friend, Tonto Dikeh.
