Afrobeats singer David Adeleke who is better known as Davido has responded to a troll who asked when he planned to sell out an 80,000-seat stadium like Wizkid.

Grammy Award-winning singer Wzkid caused a stir online on Saturday, July 29, when his "More Love, Less Ego" performance completely sold out London's Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

Wizkid is the first African musician to headline and perform at the venue thanks to the historic concert.

An alleged fan of the musician asked Davido when he too intended to accomplish the same feat in light of Wizkid's achievement.

The troll wrote: “Over to you David, stadium when @davido?”

Davido was alerted to the tweet, and he promised to attain such a feat shortly, hoping the troll would still be alive to see it.

He wrote, “I pray to God ur alive and healthy by then to witness … it won’t be long.”
