Blaqbonez postpones album release, shares Davido's 'Timeless'

Nigerian rapper Emeka Akumefule popularly known as Blaqbonez has stunned many social media users as he postpones the release date of his forthcoming project and shares Davido's 'Timeless' album on social media.

Recall that Blaqbonez lamented over the coincidence of him and Davido releasing new albums on the same day.

Blaqbones announced on Friday, March 16, that his next project will be dropping on Friday, March 31, and was warming up to the date.

However, on Tuesday, March 21, Davido took to Twitter to announce that his new album titled 'Timeless' will be released on March 31st.

This came as a huge shocker and disappointing reality for Blaqbonez because of the high probability of Davido's album reception overshadowing his own song when they both drop.

Blaqbonez wrote: “Damn. can’t enjoy anything in this industry?”

However, the rapper has astounded many social media users as he didn't release his album, rather, he shared a photo of Davido's 'Timeless' on his Twitter page.

The development has seen many netizens lauding Blaqbonez for delaying the release of his forthcoming album.

Others, have mocked the fast-rising rapper over his fear of Davido's album getting prominence over his if he had released it.
