Nigerian musician-turned-politician, Banky W has moved away from the recording of a fan who gave him credit for the success of top singer, Wizkid.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, a fan was seen showing deep admiration for Banky W when he introduced the musician as “the man who made Wizkid”.

Responding to this statement, Banky W could be heard muttering, “Here we go again,” as he tried leaving the scene, uninterested in getting credit for Wizkid’s success.

Note that Wizkid signed a record deal with Banky’s Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) in 2009, which marked the inception of his musical journey.

However, in 2014, he decided to leave E.M.E and establish his own record label, Starboy Entertainment.
