BBNaija All Stars: Mercy and I were never besties - Venita spills

Former Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate Venita Akpofure has refuted claims that she and colleague housemate, Mercy Eke were best friends.

During an Instagram live session, Venita was questioned about the events that led to the breakup of her longstanding, and envied friendship with colleague Mercy.

Responding to the question with surprise, Venita stated that, despite the fact that they get along well, she and Mercy have never been great friends.

She is cool with Mercy since, in her opinion, Mercy is just like any other female housemate, but they have never been best friends.

She said: "Oh really? Is that so? I never knew people thought we were best friends. You know I like people so Mercy and I are cool like housemates should be but we have never been bestfriends."
