Well-known comedian Bayegun Oluwatoyin, better known as Woli Arole, and fashion blogger Powede Eniola Awujo, popularly known as Powede Awujo, have delivered a message for "woke" Nigerians as the Lord's Chosen church gets recognition online for its distinctive testimonies.

In a post, Arole noted that life includes a spiritual component, emphasizing that many individuals do not realize this until they run into problems.

He wrote, “A letter to my generation: I see a lot of assume woke people, that love to mock anything supernatural. See I pray you don’t enter trouble before you realise that life is spiritual. Your opinions or cruise doesn’t change the truth."

Powede Awujo also described her encounter with the Holy Spirit, which was so nonsensical that she nearly questioned God.

She noted, “Don’t be so woke that your spiritual senses are asleep."
