Angela Okorie reveals why Zubby Micheal can’t mourn Junior Pope amid speculations

Actress Angela Okorie has tackled her colleague Zubby Michael after he was questioned about why he had chosen not to mourn the death of their colleague Junior Pope.

Social media users deluged Zubby's Instagram page with criticism, accusing him of failing to honour the actor who passed away in a horrific accident.

It's been reported that Zubby and Pope were longtime Nollywood friends.

Angela Okorie dragged Zubby Michael as she addressed the controversy sparked by Zubby's latest post, where he was seen relaxing at a restaurant.

According to Angela Okorie, Zubby knows what he is running from, thus he would never post a message in sadness.

She asserted that knowledge of his relationship with Junior Pope is widespread in Nollywood.

The mother of one continued by saying that in Zubby's quest to become Nollywood's biggest star, he is competing against every industry member, including the late Junior Pope.

She wrote: "Dem no born am well to post Junior Pope, he knows why he is running. Nollywood knows his story with Junior Pope.

"Niggaa he fighting everyone cos he wanna be number 1 in Nollywood. Mind you, Junior Pope na Zubby Oga".
