'48 hours later, no rap song?' – Wizkid express disappointment in rappers

Grammy-winning Afrobeats singer Wizkid has expressed disappointment in notable Nigerian rappers for their failure to create a rap diss track after he called the rap genre dead and uninteresting two days ago.

Wizkid took to Snapchat to mock rappers again for being unable to respond to him with a song.

Following the singer's remarks on rap two days ago, Wizkid received harsh criticism from the nation's rap enthusiasts and followers on social media.

Famous Nigerian rappers including Ycee, MI Abaga, Blaqbonez, Erigga, Ladipoe among others have also criticized Wizkid and emphasized that rap is still alive and not dead.

He wrote: "48hrs later, still no rap song? Y’all dumbfu**s!”
