It's a very good policy, aimed at protecting local refineries. Why must anybody prefer to continue importing petrol, when we have local refineries with enough capacity? At the same time, why must imported petrol be cheaper than locally refined products? Let them continue importing, only if they can pay 15% import duty and still compete.
