The advent of a working refinery was a signal to the end of storage business. I assumed they (depot operators) would have started making a shift the moment it became real that the refinery will be operational. Dangote isn't monopolising the business, his refinery is simply making is easier for Nigerians to access pms at a rate determined by the forces of demand, supply and global crude oil price. I was in Ghana last weekend and the price of pms sold at prices that doubled what it is here in Nigeria.
