  One thing to talk,or hearsay,or them say,or our President Tinubu said it, whither we go,where are the enforcers to enforce strikly to make it happened.If the Petroleum Regulatory sit down somewhere collecting bribe ,that means it won't work.Me thinks to either remove they money monger Regulator and bring in ,young hard working youth.Let's stop building castles in air.
