Premier League club Brentford have completed the signing of Kaye Furo from Club Brugge in the Belgian Jupiler League.
The 18-year-old is the son of former Nigeria international Furo Iyenemi.
He penned a five-year deal with the English club, subject to international clearance and a work permit.
The youngster is eligible to play for both Belgium and Nigeria, despite representing Belgium at various youth levels from U-15 to U-21.
Brentford boss Keith Andrews is optimistic about the signing of the young forward.
“Kaye is someone we have tracked for a while that we are really excited about bringing to the club,” Andrews told the club’s official website.
“His attributes are ones that I like and feel we can develop within the environment we have created. I have no doubt he will be a big player for us.”
